J. Edward Bell III, who earned his Eagle Scout recognition in the early 1960s, was named a National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) Outstanding Eagle Scout at a February ceremony of the Coastal Carolina Council in Charleston.
Some liken it to winning the Super Bowl in pro football. Such is the distinction of capturing the annual National Tax Moot Court championship, held in St. Petersburg, Florida.
